Bill joined BEC Feed Solutions in November of 2016, bringing his passion for numbers and innovation to his role as CFO and leader of the finance department. Originally from NSW, Bill grew up with a rural background, however he is now a Queenslander through and through. His career started in Sydney in the finance industry and he has obtained a CPA and an MBA. Prior to joining the BEC team, Bill held several senior finance roles in mining services, transport and logistics, seafood trading & processing and FMCG.
Col WhiteHSE, HR & Compliance Manager
Col first started with BEC in 2011 as a consulting Safety Adviser. Over the next 5 years Col extended his HSE consultancy to other group members and was occupied full time assisting Sunny Queen and BEC implement and maintain safety management systems, rehabilitation and RTW practices and environmental compliance. Col started fulltime with BEC in 2016 in a senior executive role covering Health safety and environment, Human resource management and compliance based activities. Col is passionate about developing a results orientated culture where staff care deeply about BEC’s values and purpose, trust and respect each other and work collaboratively to grow and evolve the BEC business and brand. Away from the office Col is kept busy with his blended family of seven children five who are out of school and two in senior high school .
Emily brings over 6 years of experience in marketing and PR to the BEC team. She honed her skills across the entertainment, public relations and thoroughbred racing industries. Emily holds Bachelors Degrees in Business and Communications and has a strong background in digital marketing, social media and events. Although green to the agricultural industry, Emily brings her passion for creativity and technology to the role of Marketing and Communications Coordinator for the BEC Group.
